We base our service rates on the attorney fees charged to the debtor.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, which makes our services risk free. Simply download our FREE Client Intake Forms, give them to your next bankruptcy client to complete, review them for missing information, and send them over to us with the credit counseling certificate(s) and pay stubs. If you aren’t satisfied with our petition preparation services, you don’t pay us, it’s that simple!
We only ask that if you aren’t happy with something, that you give us the opportunity to correct the issue, and the only disclaimer is that if the petition we prepare is filed, it is considered satisfaction with our bankruptcy forms processing.
Currently, attorney fees average $2,500 for a Chapter 7 and $3,500 for a Chapter 13. Many attorneys will charge their clients a flat fee of $2,500 regardless if it is for a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Then once the Means Test information is compiled, if the client must file a Chapter 13, we can calculate $1,000 in the Chapter 13 Plan for attorney fees.
Usually the attorney and trustee fees are paid before all other debt, which enables your firm to receive full payment in a relatively short period of time.
Our business is to help your bankruptcy petition preparation become more efficient, productive, and profitable, and our rates will always reflect this.
Whatever the amount you decide to charge your clients, when using our services we want you to be competitively priced in your market, and we have seen attorneys that are able to increase their fees to cover our petition preparation fees, and remain competitively priced in their market.
In summary, our fee will often fluctuate from case to case. After we discuss your particular needs, we can determine a suitable flat fee per case, or we can base our fee on a percentage of the attorney fee, whichever works best for your practice.
We will also provide discounts for attorneys who utilize our virtual bankruptcy assistant services more than 10 times within a thirty (30) day period. When this quota has been achieved, we will contact the attorney and inform them of the discount.
For attorneys who utilize our services for more than three (3) petitions per month, we will provide the convenience of one invoice billing instead of individual invoices for each bankruptcy case.
Our rates are highly competitive, neither priced too high nor too low, and it is our goal to provide you and your bankruptcy law practice the best in bankruptcy petition preparation services.
